Phenix Semicron manufactures the "Resis-T-Matic", a resist dispense systems that allow the resist to be kept in a solvent rich ambient prior to dispense. The coat equipment does not need to be stopped in between bottles, and bottles do not require triple rinsing or toxic waste removal with the Resis-T-Matic. The RTM allows for 99.9% resist consumption.
